General Chemistry Laboratory I

Chemistry 155 - Fall 2021

This course provides an introduction into basic laboratory techniques and the experimental method, as well as direct experience with chemical principles and the properties and reactions of substances. The topics and experiments in this course complement the material covered in L07-125. Prerequisite: concurrent enrollment in L07-125 or permission of the instructor. The first two lab lectures will be longer than the regular lectures, but without lab session. The lab sessions will convene for the first time beginning with the third class meeting. This course is restricted to students admitted to the Post-Baccalaureate Premedical program or in University College.
