Organic Chemistry I With Lab PB

The first part of a two-semester survey of organic chemistry. The course will include an introduction to organic structures, reactions, and reaction mechanisms. The laboratory portion of the course will include an introduction to laboratory methods in organic chemistry, including separation and methods of purification of organic compounds. Prerequisite, Chem 126, Chem 156. This course is restricted to students admitted to the Post-Baccalaureate Premedical program or in University College. All other students should enroll in Chem 261.
